Hi,
Could you explain how the bond works? If I give you my credit card details do you automatically take £2500 (I am 21) from my account and then return it to me when I havd the vehicle back? Or do you take my details but do not deduct any money unless something goes wrong?

If you pay for full bond cover does this cover windscreens and tyres. ie. if you get a stone chip / puncture? It is a little unclear under the terms and conditions.

We would like to rent a space ship for two weeks in Sydney. However, I am a retired airlines employee in Colorado and fly standby. I'm never sure that I will get to where I want to go at a specific time. Is there any way to reserve a space ship for May 4 - 17 without penalty if I do not arrive in time? Do you have enough availabliity for us to rent a spaceship when we get there?

If one has to cancel the journey (because of say illness) , it can cost a lot of money. Do you have a cancellation insurance?
